It is a convenient drive from the Southeast and close to three major airports: VPS Airport is a 30 minute drive, Pensacola Airport is a 75-90 minute drive, and Panama City Beach Airport is a 45-60 minute drive.
If you booked your accommodations through Topeka, once you get to your condo everything festival related is walking distance. Though, if you're feeling fancy you can rent a golf cart here!
No problem, we love our solo ladies! If you are traveling solo, we offer the perfect way to meet new friends! You’ll be matched with fellow guests in your section to share a Cove, experiencing the whole weekend together. Cove assignments arrive 30 days before the event.Want your own space? Choose from a cozy 1-bedroom condo at Seascape or a King hotel room nearby. Prefer to share? Just let us know if you’re open to bunking up with another solo traveler in a double-queen room. We're here to help you find the ideal fit—more details coming soon!
If you live in the area or wish to stay off property, just purchase a regular cove with no accommodation add-ons.
All weekend passes include 3 full days and nights of music, podcasting, and comedy in reserved Cove seating for the weekend. Enjoy access to the festival grounds, daily classes, photobooths, beach fitness classes, meet and greets, pickleball, shopping, on-site food and drinks, freebies, and various daytime and late-night activities.
Optional vacation add-ons include nightly Inner Circle upgrades, meet and greets, and late night activities such as silent discos and bonfires. These will be announced at a later date.
Yes, LADYWORLD passes and accommodations may be placed on a payment plan! Start with just $75 down. To opt in, a one-time $25 installment charge will be added to your total.
A Cove is your reserved area for you and your crew for the entire event. Your Cove includes seating for each guest and a QR code ticket for nightly entry into the venue. Guests may order food, drinks & merchandise for delivery in under 5 minutes. No more elbowing your way through to find your friends or having someone crowd your personal space. If you're feeling creative, decorate your space for an added touch of fun and personality!
Coves are configured to hold 2, 4, 5 or 6 guests. You will be assigned best available seating based on your group size.
While LADYWORLD is an all-ages venue, we encourage all guests to use their discretion when choosing which shows and performances to attend. Some podcasts, comedians, and performers at the festival may include themes and language intended for mature audiences.

You are more than welcome to find your own accommodations, but in the case of adverse weather or any event cancellation for any reason, guests who reserve through a 3rd party would not be protected through Topeka. We can only offer refunds to guests who reserve with Topeka. Guests who live here or have a place to stay in the area must also arrange a Ride Share or purchase a 3 Day Parking Pass to park at Seascape Resort each day.
